Why would I title this post Increase, Increase, Increase!? Because that is what we all need to do. In our last post we discussed selling more which is also about increasing. While everyone else is saying cut back we are saying increase, increase, increase!
Obviously we are not talking about your weight or consuming things that are bad for you, etc. If you are interested in those things we strongly suggest you get some professional help – quickly!
However, when it comes to your income, your sales, your business, etc., you must keep increasing. Why? Because if you slow down or become complacent, your competitor will soon be eating your lunch and you will be on the outside looking in. If you look at nature, you will see that if plants stop growing they are dying. You don’t want this to happen to you or your business.
One of the ways to do this is to go to your current customers and ask them what else they buy, products and or services. Offer to provide these products and or services and do it better, faster or cheaper. The more you offer them the better off they are. The more you do for them the closer you become with them. When you do this it is nearly impossible to lose to a low cost competitor.
I would suggest that you make it your company mantra to be the absolute best in customer service, no matter what. Communicate this to everyone in your company. From the receptionist to the President and everyone in between and make sure they understand this and act upon it.
Go through every area of your company and find ways to improve, find ways to increase your prospects and customers experience. If you are diligent about this you will easily begin to increase, increase, increase.
